DIERA joins the ‘Two Hours for the Family / for People’ campaign
To mark International Family Day, DIERA has joined the nationwide social campaign #HumanBE ‘Two Hours for the Family / for People’, organised by the Humanites Institute – Man and Technology.
This year’s edition is held under the slogan “CULTURE Connects Generations” and encourages people to build relationships and spend time together with family, friends and loved ones. The idea behind the initiative is to pause for a moment in the daily rush and devote time to what matters most – conversation, shared experiences and strengthening interpersonal bonds.
At DIERA, we believe that relationships have a huge impact not only on our private lives, but also on the comfort and quality of our daily work. That is why we want to support our employees outside the workplace as well, encouraging them to nurture intergenerational bonds and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
As part of the initiative, we allowed our employees to finish work early so that they could spend this time with their loved ones.
